Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, � esota was held on the

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-581
APPROVING REQUEST OF WAGNER-SPRAYTECH FOR RELIEF FROM CONDITION #5 OF COUNCIL RESOLUTION
#76-694 REGARDING OUTSIDE STORAGE (A-564)
WHEREAS, Wagner-Spraytech has requested relief from Council Resolution #76-694, condi-
tion #5, specifically prohibiting outside storage of waste and waste containers for
their site located at Fernbrook Lane and 17th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Wagner-Spraytech
for relief from Council Resolution #76-694, condition #5, specifically prohibiting
outside storage of waste and waste containers for their site located at Fernbrook
Lane and 17th Avenue North subject to the following condition:
That the south green space be landscaped with evergreen trees 6-8 ft. in
height at planting on 20 ft. centers.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
