Coun.ilmen Hun „veils Seibold and Spaeth The following members were a sent: None Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #77-580 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF "GLEASON LAKE ADDITION" FOR CHARLES VAN EECKHOUT (A-196) WHEREAS, Charles VanEeckhout has requested preliminary plat approval of "Gleason Lake Addition" a residential plat proposed for 18 single family dwellings to be located at the southeast corner of Dunkirk Lane and County Road 6; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Charles VanEeckhout for preliminary plat approval of "Gleason Lake Addition" a residential plat proposed for 18 single family dwellings to be located at the southeast corner of Dunkirk Lane and County Road 6 subject to the following conditions: 1. Redesign of the "trail" to avoid two crossings of the drainage way at Lot 5, Block 1. 2. Final plat shall include storm water drainage easements over all lands at or below elevation 947. 3. That area labelled "park" except the easterly 30 ft. thereof (which will become trait) shall be incorporated into adjoining lots. 4. Park dedication shall consist of 0.80 acres trail corridor and storm water drainage easements below elevation 947. 5. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this project.
