Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Minnesota was XeIJ on the
17th day o£October , 19 77 . The following members were
present: Mayor H_ilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption;
RESOLUTION #77- 579
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR LOT S. "GLEASON NORTH" ADDITION FOR MAURICE MCCAFFERY (A-752)
WHEREAS, Maurice McCaffery has requested site plan approval for Lot 5, "Gleason
North", located at the north end of Gleason Lake east of Dunkirk Lane, consisting
of 18 multiple family units in three buildings; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of Maurice McCaffery
for site plan approval of Lot 5, "Gleason North", to-ated at the north end of Gleason
Lake east of Dunkirk Lane, consisting of 18 multiple family units in three buildings
subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval and execution of the final plat and development contract for the "Gleason
North" addition.
2. Adjustment of the access road to reflect a 900intersection with 13th Avenue N.
3. Approval by the City Attorney of all condominium association covenants and
provisions for ownership/maintenance of common open space.
4. Provision of site improvements security per Ordinance requirements for a period
not to exceed 2 years.
5. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structures.
6. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum on this project.
7. The arborvitae planned to be around the parking lot of the condominiums be
4-6 ft. at planting height.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing w in awr f: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
