Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, DffiFeisota was aon the
17th day of October , 1977 , The following members were
present: Mayor Hi e, Councilmen, HUEEY, Neils,Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: No
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 578
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "GLEASON NORTH" FOR
MAURICE MCCAFFERY (A-752)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"Gleason North" as petitioned by Maurice McCaffery;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this
project.
2. Execution of Development Contract.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being t�ICen reon,,the

owing voted against or abstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
