Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was a on the
17th day of October 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Counc ►nen Hunte Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: councilman paet
Coun�ilmgn Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 577
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "GLEASON NORTH" FOR MAURICE MCCAFFERY
(A-752)
WHEREAS, Maurice McCaffery has requested approval of the final plat for "Gleason
North", a plat for multiple family and single family residential development consisting
of 18 multiple family units and 4 single family units located at the north end of
Gleason Lake east of Dunkirk Lane and development contract therefor; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Maurice McCaffery
for final plat approval of "Gleason North", a plat for multiple family and single
family residential development consisting of 18 multiple family units and 4 single
family units located at the north end of Gleason Lake east of Dunkirk Lane.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by ,LQuncilmaq bilis and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
