Resolution Approving Brewer Taproom On-Sale License and
Brewer Off-Sale Liquor License of Luce Line Brewery Co., LLC
12901 16th Avenue North
WHEREAS, Luce Line Brewery Co., LLC has submitted application for Brewer Taproom On-Sale License and Brewer Off-Sale Liquor License at 12901 16th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted a background investigation and has found no reason to deny the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Brewer Taproom On-Sale License and Brewer Off-Sale Liquor License of Luce Line Brewery
Co., LLC, 12901 16th Avenue North, is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval is contingent upon the City receiving all documentation as required in the liquor license application and pro-rated license fees.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 22nd day of September, 2020.
