Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was helT on the
3rd day of October , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Speath introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0, 77-576
LEVYING TAXES IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,616,666
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the operating budgets for the period
commencing January 1, 1978 and certain monies to finance said budgets are
required to be raised from taxes on taxable property in the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following sums of money be raised by tax on
taxable property in the City of Plymouth for the year 1978 as set out in
the adopted 1978 City budgets:
General Purpose. . . . . . .$1,580,624
(Including PERA & Social Security)
Shade Tree Disease Control. . . . . . . . . 22,537
Housing & Redevelopment Authority . . . 13,505
TOTAL $1,616,666

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing Voted in tavorthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
ine rotlowing voted against or abstained: Non
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
