Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-575
ADOPTION OF 1978 SHADE TREE DISEASE CONTROL FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and revised the proposed Shade Tree
Disease Control budget prepared by the City Manager for the fiscal year
commencing January 1, 1978, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to the proposed budget was held on
September 19, 1977, at which time the public had the opportunity to comment
upon the proposed budget, and
WHEREAS, this Council has considered the comments made at the public hearing
and further reviewed the proposed budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Shade Tree Disease Control Fund budget is
hereby approved in the amount of $229,877.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by ilman Hunt . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
Toilowine voted in favor f: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed-. adopted.
