Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, alar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, I� esota was held on the

RESOLUTION NO. 77-574
ADOPTION OF 1978 EQUIPMENT FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and revised the proposed Equipment'
Fund budget prepared by the City Manager for the Equipment Fund for the fiscal
year commencing January 1, 1978, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to the proposed budget was held on
September 19, 1977, at which time the public had the opportunity to comment
upon the proposed budget, and
WHEREAS, this Council has considered the comments made at the public hearing
and further reviewed the proposed budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Equipment Fund budget is hereby approved in
the amount of $346,946.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
