Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of October , 1977 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hi de Counci men Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members mere sent: None
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 567
RESCINDING RESOLUTION #77-371 EXPRESSING DISAGREEMENT IN METROPOLITAN SYSTEMS STATEMENT
FOR CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND REQUESTING PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, by resolution #77-498 Council intent with respect to Resolution #77-371
was stated; and,
WHEREAS, those provisions of Resolution #77-498 have been accomplished;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, rescind Resolution #77-371.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vo �n avorereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
