RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT
AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING
SANITARY SEWER ON CSAH 15 WEST OF NIAGARA LANE
WHEREAS, Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 20, 1977, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improve-
ment of County Road 15, between Niagara Lane and approximately 600 feet west
thereof by the construction of sanitary sewer, services, and restoration and
all necessary appurtenances and this report was received by the Council on
October 3, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1.. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended) at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $31,340.00
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the
24th day of October, 1977 in the council chambers of the City Hall,
14900 23rd Avenue North, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. and the
Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvement as required by law.
