Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of October , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor H1 Ide, Counci Imen HunT—,Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 77560
RELEASE OF DEVELOPMENT BOND
BASS LAKE OAKS
WHEREAS, Dorothy Fallese, Developer of Bass Lake Oaks (A-634), has entered
into a development contract with the City of Plymouth to provide for the
installation of certain off-site improvements per the City ordinances a,ld
in conformance with said Development Contract dated June 8, 1977, and
WHEREAS, said Developer has provided the City with certain bonds to insure
the grading of the lots per the Development Contract, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has fulfilled the requirement of the Development
Contract and, therefore, requests the release of the Letter of Credit in
the amount of $2,500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Letter of Credit in the amount of $2,500.00
is hereby released for the Bass Lake Oaks plat.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in tavorthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
