Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-559
APPROVING LANDSCAPE BOND RELEASE FOR CRAWFORD MERZ BUILDING AT SW CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD 18
AND 10TH AVENUE NORTH (A-715)
WHEREAS, Crawford -Merz has requested release of their landscape bond covering
improvements to their site located at the southwest corner of County Road 18 and
10th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has inspected said site»and finds the landscaping in general
compliance with the approved landscape plan for said site;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Crawford -Merz
for the release of their landscape bond covering improvements to their site located
at the southwest corner of County Road 18 and 10th Avenue North subject to the
following condition:
Upon -completion of sod installation in the County Road 18 service drive boulevard and
in the south setback area.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in avorthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
auc zusiveing vu -ted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
