Seibold and oaetb m> The following moers were absent: H nna RAA RRR AAA Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved is a ptME: RESOLUTION #77-558 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT OF "MISSION PONDS" FOR MISSION PARTNERSHIP (A-338) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contrapt for "Mission Ponds" as requested by Mission Partnership; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to recording of said plat: 1. Compliance with provisions of the City Engineer's report on this project. 2. All streets within the project shall comply with specifications of Section 2, Subdivision 3, paragraph 4h of the Zoning Ordinance. 3. Approval by the City Attorney of Association covenants and bylaws. 4. Adjustment of Lot 37, increasing the lot depth by 33 ft. and reducing lot width -by 10 ft. (to make the trail corridor of Lot 1 25 ft. in width) and with restrictive covenants placed on the building for Lot 37 locating the garage on the west side of the structure (adjacent to the trail corridor). S. 16 additional trees be added to the southeast corner of the project, said trees to be placed 10 ft. apart in staggered rows for purposes of additional screening of the project. 6. Landsrape plans shall be amended to reflect all areas intended to be maintained in a "manicured" state. All areas of Lot 1 outside of the existing tree cover, including the corridor to 37th Avenue North shall be maintained as "manicured". No "natural" areas except within existing tree cover shall be permitted. , The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by C un ilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol owing you in ver thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The owing voted against or s one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed aliff adopted.
