Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota waselcTon the

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 077- 557
APPROVING FINAL PLAT, FINAL RPUD PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR RPUD 76-1 FOR
"MISSION PONDS" FOR MISSION PARTNERSHIP (A-338)
WHEREAS, Mission Partnership has requested approval of the final plat, final-RPUD
Plan for RPUD 76-1, "Mission Ponds", a residential plat consisting of 35 townhouse
units and 1 single family residential unit located at the northwest corner of
Zachary Lane and 36th Avenue North, and a development contract therefor; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Mission Partnership
for final plat, final RPUD Plan for RPUD 76-1 "Mission Ponds", a residential plat
consisting of 35 townhouse i, -nits and 1 single family residential unit located at the
northwest corner of Zachary Lane and 36th Avenue North.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
