HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1977-552• CTIY OF PLYNOtMi Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Mimnesota was held on the 3rd day of October , 19 77 . 1he following members were present: Mayor e, Councilmen Hun—t7-Neils, Seibold and Spaeth the following members were absent: Nanp RAA AAA AAA Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved is tion: RESOLUTION #77- 552 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR "GLEASON NORTH" AS PROPOSED BY MAURICE MCCAFFERY (A-752) WHEREAS, Maurice McCaffery has requested preliminary plat approval of "Gleason North", a residential plat consisting of four single family dwelling lots and one lot proposed for multiple residential development located at the north end of Gleason Lake, east of Dunkirk Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Maurice McCaffery for preliminary plat approval of "Gleason North", a residential plat consisting of four single family dwelling lots and one lot proposed for multiple residential develop- ment located at the north end of Gleason Lake, east of Dunkirk Lane subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this project. 2. Park Dedication to be paid based on adjusted calculations for storm water drainage dedications, etc. 3. Removal of all diseased elms from the site at owner's expense. 4. Development of Lot 5 be subject to an approved site plan to serve as the General Development Plan for said lot and to be reviewed by the Planning Commission and City Council. 5. The Development Contract shall contain provisions for the improvement of 13th Avenue North, Dunkirk Lane and the trail link connecting Cimarron Ponds with the plat to the north. 7be motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the fDII—wnngg vote in avor ereof: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neil The Seibold and Spaeth owing voted against or sNone Wherftq= the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
