Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-551
AMENDING POLICY ON USE OF PARK DEDICATION FUND
WHEREAS, this Council has previously adopted a Policy on the Use of Park
Dedication Funds; and
WHEREAS, additional changes and modifications have been made to it as contained
in the Manager's report dated September 22, 1977:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City's Park Dedication Fund Policy be revised
to reflect the changes contained in the Manager's report dated September 22, 1977.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereonthe
following vote in favor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
and Spaeth
a,e following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass and -adopt .
