Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-550
AWARDING EXTENSION OF NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT
WHEREAS, All American Recreation and Sales, Inc. was the low bidder for improving
the following neighborhood parks: Green Oaks, Queensland, Lions, Kilmer and
Circle Park, and
WHEREAS, All American Recreation and Sales, Inc. has requested an extension of
their contract and supplied sufficient justification, and
WHEREAS, City staff recommends said extension,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the City Manager be hereby authorized and directed to extend said
neighborhood parks contract with All American Recreation from September 15, 1977
to and, including October 13, 1977.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by ,may t and upon vote being taken thereon, the
