Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-547
REDUCTION OF DEVELOPMENT BOND
PALMER CREEK ESTATES 1ST ADDITION
PALMER CREEK ESTATES 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, Arnold Palmer, Developer of Palmer Creek Estates lst and 2nd Additions
(A-667), has entered into a development contract with the City of Plymouth to
provide for the installation of certain street and off-site improvements per
the City ordinances and in conformance with said Development Contract dated
April 20 and June 21, 1977 respectively, and
WHEREAS, said Developer has provided the City with certain bonds to insure the
above improvements per the Development Contract, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction in the bondsto reflect the
completed and accepted work contained in the Development Contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Development Bonds are hereby released as follows:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
follo�wigng voted in favor ereo : Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
