Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t 26th da yy of
September 19 77, The following members were present�or�iilde,

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution. and moved
its adoption:

APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF PLATTED PROPERTY FOR ENTERPRISE PROPERTIES (A-166 and A-176)
WHEREAS, Enterprise Properties has requested a lot division of existing platted property
within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the following division and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Lot Block Addition
44154 7800 Outlot B Gleanloch 2nd Addition
44153 7950 Outlot A Gleanloch Addition
To be divided as follows:
Parcel A
The west 157.00 feet of Outlot B, GLEANLOCH SECOND ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minne-
sota, according to the recorded plat thereof.
Parcel B
The east 785.94 feet of the west 942.94 feet of Outlot B, GLEANLOCH SECOND ADDITION,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof.
Parcel C
That part of Outlot B, GLEANLOCH SECOND ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according
to the recorded plat lying east of the west 942.94 feet thereof.
Parcel D
That part of Outlot A, GLEANLOCH, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the
recorded plat thereof lying westerly of the following described line:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Outlot A; thence on an assumed bearing

of South 89 degrees 37 minutes 05 seconds East along the south line of said
Outlot A, 110.00 feet to the beginning of the line to be described; thence North
0 degrees 22 minutes 55 seconds East 173.87 feet to the north line of said Outlot
A and said line there terminating.
Parcel E
That part of Outlot A. GLEANLOCH, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the recorded
plat lying easterly of the following described line:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Outlot A; thence on an assumed
bearing of South 89 degrees 37 minutes 05 seconds East along the south line
of said Outlot A 110.00 feet to the beginning of the line to be described; thence
North 0 degrees 22 minutes 55 seconds East 173.87 feet to the north line of said
Outlot A and said line there terminating.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote L-Anz. takenthe
