Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aRegular meeting of

the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was Feld on the

Present: Mayor Hillde, Councilman Hunt, Neils. Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 532
APPROVING COMPLETION OF
NIAGARA LANE
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has recently accepted bids for the improvement
of Niagara Lane north of T.H. 55, M.S.A. Street No. 161, and
WHEREAS, the ultimate section contemplates a flow lane divided facility with
the first stage to be the easterly section thereof, and
WHEREAS, the City Council, on September 19, 1977, has adopted a Five Year
C.I.P. which contemplates the completion of the balance of the above noted
four lane facility in 1980,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Council has scheduled the completion of Niagara Lane
in the 1980 element of the Five Year C.I.P. and requests that the Minnesota
Department of Transportation approve the recently submitted plans for Niagara
Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vot in avor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
