Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hold on the
19th day of September , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils iSeibold and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-627
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING SCHMIDT LAKE WOODS
WHEREAS, Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted August 29, 1977, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improve-
ment of the Schmidt Lake Woods Addition by the installation of ornamental
residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on
September 19, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the
location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted August 29, 1977. The petitioner has waived his right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improve-
ment. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereof: mayor Hilda_ Counsjlmea Hunt,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
