Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-526
RECEIVING PETITION FOR
STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT
FOUR SEASONS AREA
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of 12th Avenue by the install-
ation of ornamental street lighting, filed with the Council on September 19,
1977 is hereby accepted.
2. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in
a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and
as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some
other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favorthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold
and Saaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
