Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, to was on the

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution acid moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-525
REIMBURSEMENT FOR WATERMAIN OVERSIZING
FOR FERNDALE NORTH FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Developer of Ferndale North 1st Addition, A -File 615. has installed
a 12" watermain in said plat in conformance with the City of Plymouth Water
Distribution Map, and
WHEREAS, it is City policy to reimburse the Developer for the difference between
the 8" and 12" main cost,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Director is to reimburse Lundgren Bros. $10,079.00
for said oversizing, and, the money is to come from the utility trunk fund,
811-811-539.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
q , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
