Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, tffiffiisota was a on the
19th day of September , 1977 . The following members were
present:Magnr HIMP Hunt. Nails. Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-524
APPROVING LANDSCAPE BOND RELEASE FOR FLUIDYNE ENGINEERING CORPORATION (A-673)
WHEREAS, Fluidyne Engineering Corporation has completed the landscaping per the approved
landscape plan for its site located at the southwest corner of I-494 and 49th Avenue
North; and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has inspected said landscaping and recommends the release of
the landscape bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the release of the landscape bond
for Fluidyne Engineering Corporation.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favorthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
