Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_ regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, rinnesota was held on the
19th day of September , 19 77 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hum Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 523
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
STREETS AND UTILITIES FOR TIMBER CREEK
PROJECT NO. 718
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted August 29th, 1977, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc.
with reference to the improvement of lots 7 and 36, parcel 1553; lot 8, parcel
1700; lot 9, parcel 1900, Auditors Subdivision 333, Plat 43740, (proposed
Timber Creek Addition), by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain,
streets and concrete curb and gutter, and storm drainage facilities including
the completion of Pilgrim Lane (platted) as it abuts said property, and this
report was received by the Council on September 19, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets and utilities in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amendea) at an estimated
total cost of the improvement of $167,445.00.
2. A public hearing will not be held since the petitioner is the owner of 100%
of the property to be assessed.
3. The consulting engineer is directed to prepare final plans and specifications.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman S aeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vote in aver ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passecl and adopted.
