Neils. -Seibold and Spaeth The foll g rs were sent: None •*+► �►s• a�* Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 77- 522 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION STREET IMPROVEMENT - PILGRIM LANE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Pilgrim Lane from approx- imately 30th Avenue to approximately 1100 feet south of 30th Avenue by the installation of gravel base, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, utility services and storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on September 19, 1977 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. 2.• The petitioners are the property owners of 100% of the property affected and therefore a public hearing is not required. 3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol owing voted In favorthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth , ine roilowzng voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly ARf1 #!A •tf
