Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 521
SETTING CONDITIONS TC BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR LUVERNE MUELLER (A-765)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Luverne Mueller by Reso-
lution #77-620 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following conditions to be
met prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Utility and drainage easement be provided 6 ft. on either side of the new
property line.
2. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $150 for newly created lot.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing Voted in favorthereof: _mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
Z owing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared may passed and adopted.
