Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, . esota was held on the
19th day of September , 19 77 . The following members were
present: Ivor Hilde, councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-620
APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF PLATTED PARCEL FOR LUVERNE MUELLER (A-765)
WHEREAS, Luverne Mueller has requested a lot division of his existing platted parcel
within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the following division and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat 44600 Parcel 4425 Lots 11, 12, 25 and 26 Block 5 Suburbandale on
Parker's Lake
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
Lots -11 and 12 and that part of Lots 25 and 26 lying northerly of the following
described line: Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 26; thence westerly to
a point on the west line of said Lot 25 distant 20.00 feet south of the northwest
corner of said Lot 25 and said line there terminating, all in Block 5, SUBURBANDALE
ON PARKER LAKE, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Parcel B
That part of Lots 25 and 26, Block 5, SUBURBANDALE ON PARKER LAKE, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, lying southerly of the following described line: Beginning at the northeast
corner of said Lot 26; thence westerly to a point on the west line of said Lot 25
distant 20.00 feet south of the northwest corner of said Lot 25 and said line there
terminating.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by C uncilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vote in avor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
ShMhRgted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
