Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular_ meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, �inM ne ota was held on the

its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 519
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR ROBERT MIDDLEMIST (A-735)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Robert E. Middlemist
by Resolution #77- 51$
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Payment of $150 Park Dedication fees-in-l'-�eu.
2. Provision of utility and storm drainage easements within 6 ft. of all property
lines of Parcel B.
3. Prohibition of building permit to Parcel A until platted.
Thr motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
