Seibold gnd Spaeth The following members were sent: one Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its tion: RESOLUTION N77-518 APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR ROBERT E. MIDDLEMIST (A-735) WHEREAS, Robert E. Middlemist has requested a lot division of an existing unplatted parcel within the City of Plymouth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the following division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County: Plat 43713 Parcel 3800 (Portion) To be divided into two new parcels as follows: Parcel A That part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: The north 492.30 feet of the South 622.30 feet of the West 210 feet lying north of the south 331.75 feet of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and reserving the West 30 feet of the South 330 feet of said parcel for street. Parcel B That part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: The south 130 feet of the West 210 feet lying North of the South 331.75 feet of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and reserving the West 30 feet thereof for road easement.
