Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_ regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, `'Minnesota was held on the
19th day of September 19 77 The following members were
present: Mav Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 517
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR
SANITARY SEWER SERVICE
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petition from the owner of property (legal
description shown on the attached Exhibit "A") on the west side of West
Medicine Lake Road at approximately 34th Avenue for the installation of
sanitary sewer service to serve said property.
2. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection
with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
