Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of September 19 77 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde. Counclmen Hunk'Neils,66ibold and Spaeth

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
isadoption:
RESOLUTION #77-516
DENYING REQUEST OF BRUCE PALMER FOR LOT DIVISION OF PLATTED PROPERTY (A-764)
WHEREAS, Bruce Palmer has requested a lot division of his platted property located
at the SW Corner of Juneau Lane and 4th Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, deny the request of Bruce Palmer for
a lot division of his platted property located at the southwest corner of Juneau
Lane and 4th Avenue North due to substantial lot size deficiencies not appropriate
for variance due to lot sizes of neighboring parcels.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor reof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass pt .
