Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_ regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,esota was a on the
19th day of September , 1977 . The following members were

Cg"ncjlwan Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 515
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WALTER STRAND FOR TRUCK/TRAILER RENTAL (A-645)
WHEREAS, Walter Strand has requested a conditional use permit to operate a truck/
trailer rental operation from his service station located at the northwest corner
of Highway 101 and County Road 6; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of Walter Strand, dba
Walt's 66, for a conditional use permit to operate a truck/trailer rental service at
his service station located at the northwest corner of County Road 6 and Highway 101
subject to the following conditions:
1. Permit be for six months' duration.
2. Total number of rental units not to exceed 16 regular usage.
3. Trucks be stored oi� the north end of the station site.
4. There shall be no overnight or weekend storage of vehicles at the station
outside the limits of the asphalt.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Seibold and Spaeth
