Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, mnesota was held on the
19th day of _ Segtember 197. The following members were

un ilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-513
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT OF "SEVEN PONDS EAST"
FOR ROLLING ACRES PARTNERSHIP (A-232)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract of
"Seven Ponds East" as requested by Rolling Acres Partnership;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this
project.
2. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $8,700.00 to cover both Public Open
Space requirements and Subdivision Unit Project Open Space requirements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by ncilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted inter hereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
Ine miiowing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass a—cEpRed.
