Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was -Fe -IT on the
19th day of September 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Counci men HOW Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were sent: None
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N77-512
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "SEVEN PONDS LAST" FOR SEVEN PONDS
EAST PARTNERSHIP (A-232)
WHEREAS, Seven Ponds East Partnership has requested approval of the final plat for
"Seven Ponds East", a plat for single family residential development consisting of
29 lots and located west of Dunkirk Lane at 32nd Avenue North and a development
contract therefor; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Seven Ponds East
Partnership for final plat approval of "Seven Ponds East", a plat for single family
residential development consisting of 29 lots and located west of Dunkirk Lane at
32nd Avenue North.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol oaring voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde ,Councilmen Hunt, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adoptM.
