Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, soca was on the

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and mored
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 511
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO RECORDING OF FINAL PLAT OF "MEDICINE LAKE
ESTATES" FOR MEDICINE LAKE ESTATES, INC. (A-723)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and develoment contract for
"Medicine Lake Estates" as requested by Medicine Lake Estates, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this
project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resoluti,)n was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
