Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a recular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, MU esota was held on the
loth day of September , 19 77. The following members were

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-510
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "MEDICINE LAKE ESTATES" FOR
MEDICINE LAKE ESTATES, INC. (A-723)
WHEREAS, Medicine Lake Estates, Inc. has requested approval of the final plat of
"Medicine Lake Estates", a plat for single family residential development consisting
of 45 lots and located west of County Road 154 at 29th Avenue North and a development
contract therefor; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Medicine Lake
Estates, Inc. for final plat approval of "Medicine Lake Estates", a single family
residential development consisting of 45 lots and located west of County Road 154
at 29th Avenue North.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by un ilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol�iwing voted in avor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
ine mitaving votea against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed ancl adopted.
