Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION #77-509
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "APPLECREST" ADDITION
FOR PATRICK HENRY (A-712)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"Applecrest" Addition as requested by Patrick Henry;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
I. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this
project.
2. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $1,500.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in tarvorthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
