Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nesota was held on the
19th day of September 19]x. The following members were
present: Magnr Cnuncilmen Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-507
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO RECORDING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "PLYMOUTH CREEKVIEW
ADDITION` FOR CARLSON PROPERTIES (A-199)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"Plymouth Creekview Addition" as requested by Carlson Properties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the follwoing prior to recording
of said plat:
Compliance with the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo in favor ti►ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
