Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a = regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heldon -the
19th day of September , 1977 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hiide_, Councilmen Hunt, Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman,Spaeth introduces' the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-506
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR PLYMOUTH CREEKVIEW ADDITION
FOR CARLSON PROPERTIES (A-199)
WHEREAS, Carlson Properties has requested appru<u! of the final plat of Plymouth
Creekview Addition, a residential plat for single family development consisting
of 42 lots located between 26th Avenue North and Plymouth Creek, north of Highway
55 and a development contract therefor; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Carlson Pro-
perties for final plat approval of Plymouth Creekview Addition, a residential plat
for single family development consisting of 42 lots located between 26th Avenue
North and Plymouth Creek, north of Highway 55.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n fayor thereof: Mayor Hildg. Councilmen Hunt. Neils,
Seibold and Saaeth
