Councilman -Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION #77-505
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF NORMAN P. JARNES SOUTHEAST OF STH AVENUE NORTH AND
WEST OF VICKSBURG LANE (A-754)
WHEREAS, Norman P. Jarnes has requested preliminary plat approval of a residential
plat proposed for single family dwelling development into five lots located south-
east of 8th Avenue North and west of Vicksburg Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said plat and made recommendations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of Norman P. Jarnes
for preliminary plat approval of a residential plat proposed for single family
dwelling development into five lots located southeast of 8th Avenue North and west
of Vicksburg Lane subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this
project.
2. Final plat payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $600.
3. There shall be no setback variances approved on lots within the plat.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman eibold . and upon vote being taken thereon. the
