Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION #77-504
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF "ROLLING RIDGE ADDITION" FOR ERLING LINDEN (A-753)
WHEREAS, Erling Linden has requested preliminary plat approval of "Rolling Ridge
Addition" located at the northeast corner of Queensland Lane and 3rd Avenue North
consisting of 6 single family dwelling lots; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Erling Linden
for preliminary pla,. approval of "Rolling Ridge Addition" located at the northeast
corner of Queensland Lane and 3rd Avenue North consisting of 6 single family
dwelling lots, subject to the following conditions:
Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this
project.
2. Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $750.
3. Removal of all diseased elms on the site at the developer's expense.
4. Compliance with Council Resolution #77-163 regarding Erosion and Siltation
Control.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken t1hereon, the
following voted in faWr thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Weils, Seibold and Spaeth
The owing voted against or abstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
