Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a.regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, - esota was held on the
19th day of September , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were sent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-502
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR EXPANSION FOR MCQUAY-PERFEX, INC. AT SW .CORNER OF XENIUM LANE
AND 24TH AVENUE NORTH (A -75F)
WHEREAS, McQuay-Perfex, Inc. has requested site plan approval for expansion to their
building located at the southwest corner of Xenium Lane and 24th Avenue North per
plans dated August 25, 1977; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of McQuay-Perfex,
Inc. for site plan approval for expansion of their building located at the southwest
corner of Xenium Lane and 24th Avenue North per plans dated August 25, 1977 subject
to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding
this project.
2. 'Provision of site improvements security per provisions of. the Zoning Ordinance.
3. Outdoor storage or waste or waste containers shall be prohibited.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilm?n Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote In favor ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils,
