Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-500
APPROVING RPUD 77-3 CONCEPT PLAN FOR "KINGSWOOD FARM" FOR CENTURION COMPANY (A-759)
WHEREAS, Centurion Company has requested RPUD 77-3 Concept Plan approval for -the
"Kingswood Farm", a residential single family detached dwelling project proposed
for 112 units located south of the Luce Line Trail and west of Gleason Lake; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, :7- IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of Centurion Company
for Concept Plan approval of RPUD 77-3, the "Kingswood Farm", a residential single
family detached dwelling project proposed for 112 units located south of the Luce
Line Trail and west of Gleason Lake subject to the following conditions:
1. Initiation of Environmental Assessment Worksheet procedures concurrent with
preliminary plan submission.
2. Approval by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District.
3. The City Engineer carefully review the proposed street construction and soil
corrections noted by petii,oner to insure that this will indeed sustain traffic
in a reasonable fashion.
4. Streets are to be built to 7 -ton standards and the normal width of City streets.
5. The Final Plat shall include the covenants for a homeowner's association.
6. Approval shall be based on availability of sewer and water to the plat.
