Pursuant to due call and notice ther3of, ameeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Mifiriesota 9was teld on the
19th day of September , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hil_de._Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 499
APPROVING ADOPTION OF FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
1978-1982
WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a Capital Improvements Program for the
years 1978 through 1982; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been recommended by the Planning Commission
as to consistency with all local comprehensive plans; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been reviewed by the public at a public
hearing conducted on September 19, 1977;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Capital Improvements Program presented at the
public hearing on September 19, 1977, be and the same is hereby adopted as
the official Capital Improvements Program for the City of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favorthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passia and adopted.
