Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
_ 19th day of Seoter , 1977. The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-498
CONCURRING IN THE PROPOSED STIPULATIONS FOR AMENDMENT TO THE PLYMOUTH SYSTEMS STATEMENT
AS PROPOSED BY THE CITY STAFF AND THE METROPOLITAN
COUNCIL STAFF
WHEREAS, by Resolution #77-371 the City Council of the City of Plymouth requested
reconciliation of the Plymouth Systems Statement on three issues; and,
WHEREAS, City Staff and the Metropolitan Council Staff propose certain stipulations
be entered into to resolve those issues stated by Resolution #77-371 per the letter
attached as Exhibit A hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does evidence its concurrence in the proposed
stipulations upon the conditions that the last sentence of paragraph 3, Page 2 and
all of paragraph 5, Page 2 of the proposed Plymouth Systems Statement be also deleted
in concert with the amendments contained in paragraph 3 of Exhibit A hereto.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be hereby authorized and directed to execute said
stipulations on behalf of the City.
FURTHER, that upon execution of said stipulations by all parties, it is the intent
of this Council to take action to rescind Resolution #77-371.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo m favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
