Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
12th day of September , 19 77. The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-496
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5 for the electrical contractor for the Fire
Station No. 2 project has be.n prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg Bergquist Rohkohl
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on request
for Payment No. 5 Electrical Contractor in the amount of $7,434.00 to Conservation
Systems, Inc. for the Fire Station No. 2 Building Project No. 608.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth_
