Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-495
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5 for the mechanical contractor for the Fire
Station No. 2 project has been prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg Bergquist Rohkohl
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on request
for Payment No. 5 Mechanical Contractor in the amount of $3,972.60 to J. McClure
Kelly Company for the Fire Station No. 2 Building Project No. 608.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote !-sing taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in awr t ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth --

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
