Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wass held on the
12th day of September , 1977 . The following members were
present: Mayor H Ide, Councilmen Hunte Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-494
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
GENERAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5 for the General Contractor for the Fire
Station No. 2 project has been prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg Bergquist Rohkohl
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make apyment on request
for Payment No. 5 General Contractor in the amount of $16,149.00 to W. H. Cates
Construction Company for the Fire Station No. 2 Building Project No. 608.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol g vote 2n avor thereof: aygr Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils.
